During the first four months of 2015, I worked as the editorial intern for the Denver-based Colorado Statesman, a weekly newspaper covering Colorado politics in general and the state legislature in particular. After my internship ended, I joined the Statesman as a contributor with a main focus on the 2016 presidential campaign efforts in Colorado.
