During my three years as an undergraduate student working towards a bachelor’s degree, I didn’t just work on three major student’s projects. I also submitted various in-class works which helped build my multimedia reporting and storytelling skills. On this page, you will find a sample of some of those works.
For a TV package production class, me and a classmate produced the following two packages. The first one is about non-professional soccer coach Wolfgang Skubsch. The second is a behind-the-scenes look at the Hamburg model railroad museum. For both packages, I did the script writing, interviews and the video editing, while my peer was responsible for the camerawork and voice narration. Please find English transcripts for your convenience right under the respective video window.
Hamburg-based non-professional soccer coach Wolfgang Skubsch doesn’t just coach young, aspiring soccer talents. He also devotes much of his time to doing social work with underprivileged children.
At the model railroad museum in Hamburg, a true-to-scale airport is part of a much larger miniature version of our world. Kenny and Matze are working hard every day to make sure things go according to a sophisticated plan.
